As one of New Jersey’s fastest growing legal practices, the partners at Javerbaum, Wurgaft, Hicks, Kahn, Wikstrom & Sinins, P.C. reached out to us when they saw the need to raise the bar with their communication platform and marketing efforts. The law firm had a few immediate opportunity areas – not only had its branding become neglected and inconsistent, but the firm’s outdated website had also rendered parts of their site unidentifiable to search engines, making their established firm nearly invisible online.
Solution
We addressed these opportunity areas with a multi-tiered approach. First, we upgraded their branding, creating a new look and feel and incorporating a personal touch that made their client communication more reflective of who these legal experts truly are. Next, we took them out of hiding by ensuring their website was optimized and recognized by search engines, and developed a series of online campaigns that opened up the firm to new clients and business opportunities. Finally, we integrated a set of tactics to align with their growth strategy, including a direct “web chat” component, a series of mass-tort lead-generating microsites, and a successful Google Ads (AdWords) campaign.
Results
The rebranding initiative, new website, and online component have supported the firm’s growth, as they have have tripled their web traffic since the new site was launched, are fostering new leads every day through their website’s digital “chat” function, and continue to grow their business, having expanded to more than 10 offices in three different states.
