USGA / 2017 US Women’s Open
When the USGA and their partner, IMG, needed a resourceful and creative local agency to market and advertise the world’s most prestigious women’s golf tournament, they put their trust in New Frontier to deliver a full 360 campaign for their US Women’s Open Championship. In leading both the strategy and the execution, we first created a marketing plan and media plan for the event, and then managed the creation and precise implementation of all initiatives, from television commercial production, social platforms and media buys, to partnerships with local sports entities such as ESPN Radio and the New Jersey Devils. The end result was a widespread and well-received campaign that, even during the most unpredictable circumstances, was able to exceed the marketing objectives and strategic benchmarks of this iconic global event.
