The problem was their online and offline marketing materials hadn’t been updated in years, and made the firm appear outdated and inconsistent. Furthermore, their website coding had rendered parts of their site unidentifiable to Google and other search engines, making the law firm nearly invisible on the Internet. We addressed the opportunity areas with a two-tiered approach. First, we upgraded their brand, creating a new look and feel that make them more reflective of who these legal experts truly are, and extended this brand across their online and offline materials. Next, we took them out of hiding by ensuring their website was optimized and recognized by search engines, and developed a series of online campaigns that opened up the firm to new clients and business opportunities.
