Swami Virato says lovemaking includes acts of kindness, lots of touching, and tuning in to your true love...

Snuggled in the mountains of Western North Carolina, you'll find Swami Nostradamus Virato and his lady love Dhiraja.  According to Swami Virato, "When we smell a rose... it's so total that we move into another dimension - just from a sense of smell or touch."

Swami Virato teaches Tantra around the world.

So exactly what is Tantra? Virato says, "If we had a nice fireplace and it stayed warm from day to day, that's Tantra."

Tantra is often associated with what goes on in the bedroom, but Swami Virato says that's only one part of it. "What it's about is not really sex; it winds up that that part of being becomes quite enhanced, but not in the way they think it would be,"  says Virato.

Virato's Russian bride says it's the secret to their success.

"Without it, we will not be together," says Dhiraja.

Virato says Tantra is based on working with the energy of the body.

"There are techniques and processes used to enhance one's opening process itself."

He says eye gazing, breathing and feeding each other in a sensual way really works! In fact, Virato says the famous sex scene in the movie 9 1/2 Weeks is based on the concept.  He says lovemaking includes acts of kindness, lots of touching, and tuning in to your true love.
