Cosmic Vitality

Hold on to you magic carpet as we journey this week into the Cosmos for a health trip. I call it COSMOVITALITY. The cosmovital approach to health means deriving your vitality from universal, cosmic vibrations. The air, soil and rocks, water and ethers are accumulators and transmitters of the Cosmic vibrations needed for healing and optimum vitality of the human orgasm. It’s the way the Cherokee Mediceman, and many indigenous societies that still exist.

Cosmovitality was first coined by physician scientist, Edward Bordeaux Szekely, MD in the easrly1930s, and was popular in the days when Dr. Kellogg made a corn breakfast cereal that was considered an amazing health food. It was Dr. Szekely who brought us the teachings and ways of the Essene (the original Baptists) approach to good health. It was the Essenes who first actually used a form of vibrational, or energy medicine. Only for the Essenes, it was not high-tech medicine, but rather a way of life…living on the vibrations of the Cosmos. Historians of the time seem to indicate that members of the Essene tribe lived an average of 120 years!

Understanding living food--as in organic, fresh and uncooked vegetables--is a helpful way to communicate the concept of Cosmovitality. Living foods are carriers of stored Cosmic energy on several levels. They receive radiation from the sun. moon, stars, earth, wind and rain. These vibrations are taken into the resonant electromagnetic structure of molecules, DNA, RNA and the overall vibrational energy of the plant. When we take plants into the body as food, they transmit these vibrations into our systems. If the plants are cooked, microwaved or irradiated, the resonant frequencies are disrupted and the energy is not transmitted to us, or it comes to us in a mutated form.

Nobel Prize laureate Szent-Gyorgyi describes the essential life process as a little electrical current sent to us by the sunshine. In this statement he is referring to highly charged single electrons that are involved in transferring their energy to our own sub-molecular patterns without changing our molecular structure. The sunlight energy is stored in the chlorophyll as well as the activated carbon-hydrogen bonds of our food, and then transferred directly into us. In essence, we are human photocells energized by the sun directly and indirectly through our food.

One way of perceiving food is as a condensed sunlight. Each color of food is a clue to the major concentration of the sunlight wavelength of that particular food.

The bioelectricity in live foods is extremely important to our life force and the health of our organism. For example, Dr. Eppinger, at the first medical clinic in Vienna, Austria, found that live foods were the only type of food that could restore the micro-electric potential of the tissues once their electrical potential and the resulting cellular degeneration had begun to occur. Kirlian photography, which can measure bioelectricity, has shown that there is a significant decrease in the electroluminescent field surrounding plant life after it has been cooed, irradiated or even stored for an extended period. They also found that a person who eats processed food regularly has almost no electroluminescent field as compared to someone who eats fresh whole foods.

Foods, in their living state, pass on their full bioelectrical energy gathered from the sun directly and maximally to us. When life food is eaten, its bioelectrical energy is transferred into our cells in a manner that increases the individual potential of our cells. This energy stored in plants is nature’s gift to us. By increasing the bioelectrical energy in our cells we increase our vitality and longevity and overall health and well-being. This is one of the secret stories of live foods and cosmovital healing and living.

The vibrational quality of our water is another example of the importance of vibrations. Water, recognized as nature’s best surfactant, is also a receptor and carrier of the vibrations of the earth, sun, stars, moon, and the people who live on earth. If the water is polluted with radiation fall-out from nuclear bombs, nuclear plant accidents or spills from irradiation facilities—or is polluted by toxic wastes that are dumped into our waters sources, then instead of building our health, such water brings with it illness and death.

Even if the water is boiled, its natural structure is altered so that it acts as a foreign in our systems. Scientists have shown that when water was boiled it caused a rise in the white blood cell count in a human organism. Research has also shown that processed loses it "zeta potential" or free energy. Water with high zeta potential keeps the colloidal system in our blood and cellular fluid working optimally. This prevents tired blood cell clumping, and allows for a health transfer of nutrients into the cells and keeps toxins out of the cells. Water that has been exposed to sunlight, magnets or quartz crystals incorporates these vibrations, and therefore, is able to transfer more energy to us for our health.

The cosmovital way to develop health and vitality is to hold this awareness of the cosmic vibrational symphony of nature in all aspects of our life. It allows us to become more open to the myriad healing and nurturing vibrations that are given to us as a part of Divine grace.
