The magazine continued in Philadelphia, and in 1984 became a national magazine, sold on news stands all over America and Canada, and a year later, in 1985, went international with representatives in England, Africa, Russia and other countries. In 1995, it ceased printing on paper, and went exclusively online, no longer polluting the world with unnecessary waste paper, and moved to Asheville, North Carolina, America's new age Mecca, " Virato has allowed the magazine to remain in a dormant state online, offering a taste of timeless editorial matter as Virato sees it. Back issues are available, and you can also visit Asheville Magazine, the child of New Frontier Magazine. Anyone wishing to re-energize the magazine is welcome to e-mail Virato |
